It is upon that wind that you are born into the world of man. In this world, as in worlds past, the Great Lord of the Dark has laid claim upon the lands of the free. As a black tide, he shall be bourne as the rider upon the storm, his minions lifting his countenance upon the world. Yet in this turning of the wheel the Dragon has yet to be reborn and only the blood of life is left to be the collected price for the freedom of man.
