Ofcourse not it was a bug earlier where it printed passwords
as you enter them but no longer will it show your password as
you login to the mud i built it from scratch so its something
i had to fix lol well forgot to.

Depends how fast i can code everything but hmm you could play
it now PvP i guess but there are not many attacks :P only
basic melee atm

there are still some things that need to be finished the
inventory system for one i think if i really wanto make it
released faster i will release it with only one planet at
first and work on the others later which shouldnt take long
since its mostly just coding new mobs to fight and new
techniques to learn.

Update ive been working on most today inventory/equipment
system is now done as well as flight.

also added flight trails need to make them change colors if a
diff race / trans ill finish that later since it will take
literally 5 seconds anyways I'm done for working on it tonight
:P

Yeah, I'd say do what Trenton did and just release with Earth
so people can play/test and you can work out the kinks as they
come up. Shouldn't take too long to generate the other maps
(Namek, Vegeta, Arlia, Snake Way/Hell/KK Planet) as well as
come up with a plethora of skills.

Since you've already created so much in such a short period of
time, it's interesting to see how far you're going to take the
original idea and expand on it. Reality had some cool
improvements over FE, unfortunately it wasn't up near enough
for me to check out most of them and the other races and such.

Yeah I may do that.. I still need to code afew more things
such as the sense command or scan(for scouters) sense will
beable to obv sense people scouters will beable to scan areas
with more details such as names / power levels it wont be like
reality where you can see every ones name i think its kinda
unfair w.o a scouter :P i want to focus this mud on pvp like
FE was but also have fun maybe with questing system or
something and rare item drops.

FE was kinda neat with how you learned your skills by
following the DBZ Saga pretty much. Like you can beat Raditz
and get his scouter and ship, or you could die to him and go
to the afterlife and learn Kaioken/Spirit Bomb (and evil
moves down in Hell if I recall).

I don't think a scouter should be able to scan the whole
planet and list every single person like it did on FE. Gives
Androids an easy picking. You should have to scan in a
cardinal direction and get maybe what you can see a certain
distance out. You can add in better scouters too, other than
the basic ones. I could see if you spent the time to sense
someone specific.

Be cool if we could enter cities and blow buildings up and
such, or fight in an urban environment and level the city. I
always liked seeing damage to the map when you threw someone
in the ground. I can't remember if powering up did things to
the map, would be neat to make craters at higher powerlevels
that stay for a few minutes.

Just some ideas for down the road.

Yeah when people transform it could make craters depending on
the transformation. SSJ3-4 could shake the planet (if you're
gonna go that far).

Is every race going to have transformations? I remember SSJ1
was a fairly low PL boost, so it didn't matter to much against
a human or something. Namekians can have fusion and/or super
namek. Androids have their upgrades of course. I dunno if you
plan the other races over time, but most of them have
transformations.

I worry about the poor little humans. Their attacks were
always the strongest though.

Almost every race but I'm not sure on what to do with humans
I guess they could have Super Human?

And yes i plan to add more races later on its just I didn't
want to focus on so many as i first started coding it I felt
4 races was enough..

There is still a lot of work to be done regarding all of
that I could currently almost release a playable version
that would almost focus all on PvP there are some mobs you
can fight as well as random unnamed ones with various power
levels. (ex: Human Fighter, Elite Human Fighter)

Human fighters power levels currently range from 200-700.

Elite range from 1,000-3,000.

There are also named mobs currently Raditz at 1,200 power
level which i just showed you gives a scouter upon killing
him as you said yes he will give you a space pod later on
once space travel / other planets are open for exploration.

Master Roshi, and I'm about to add Vegeta and Nappa which
you will learn skills from 2 of those Master Roshi
Kamehameha, Vegeta Galic Gun.

The "kill" command was just a temporary command i made to
test stuff its not going to be a skill there will be skills
for it but kill is not one lol.

Sounds awesome. It's kinda just like Trenton did, except we
didn't have any NPC's to fight if I recall, maybe some really
low level ones and Roshi. But we mostly just PVP'ed all day.
Do you plan to pwipe after testing or just let it go from what
you add in?

Depends if there are major changes that require a pwipe then
yes at this moment I would say no.

Only if there is some huge bug or major change in how
characters are created.

So, I've been reading these posts about this mud you've been creating, a few questions if I may. Is the combat system going to be more along the lines of FE where everything was basically the same difficulty ish or like that of reality where it got increasingly harder? Not sure if you covered that or not, also, what races have been created so far, all of them or just a couple? And what planets as well? just Earth then gonna release others as you see fit? I honestly would like to see a game that was true to the original. I don't know but I didn't much care for Reality, but that's just my opinion after all.

The combat system is going to be like FE

There are currently 4 races that will be open upon release
Saiyan, Human, Namekian, Android

The starting planet will be Earth for testing i will expand to
others / space travel as i progress.

The whole idea of this mud came from me missing FE I want to
make it as similar as possible and expand on it.

I really miss FE.

Trenton unfortunately lost the source code last time I talked
to him its a shame.

I was only like 12-13 when it went down :( sad/happy times.

Back on the subject of transformations though, you mentioned
Super Human. I suppose that could work, but I'd think any
human who could fight like Krillin or Tien would be Super
Human anyways. You could possibly have a couple stages of
something like Guru did to Krillin/Gohan called Unlock
Potential, or maybe that can be something that everyone gets.

Did humans have a transformation in FE? I can't even remember.
I never played a human but I remember they did have some
awesome attacks like wolf fang fist and kienzan.

I'd assume everyone (except Androids) gets Kaioken if they're
good alignment. Evil Saiyans can get the false moon powerball.
Dunno what the other classes could have as an evil equivalent.
