I was wonder on smaug 1.4a, how do you set the level requirements on a weapon?

If I remember correctly, equipment on Smaug gets set to around the level of the mob it is on, or the area's level requirements if it is set to repop on the ground. If you mean a particular instance of a weapon, oset will suffice.
