running godwars deluxe on a winxp iwth cygwin, people on my network can connect, but internet people cannot connect, plz help

You need to enable the port to the outside world via your firewall or router. Without knowing a thing about your setup, I'd suggest reading your firewall or router documentation. If it's router I'd poke around the documentation look for NAPT.

well i have my router set to where it lets all traffic in, but i need to forward the ports to me so i will try to find in my manual.

Well i cant get it to work still, any help?
