1. i cant set my immortals level in the shell

I have my mud set up and everything but the commands i was told to set up my characters level to immortal dont seem to work can anyone tell me how to set it or what command they would use.

A few clues would help.

In particular, what codebase are you using ?
And what commands have you tried ?
And what happened when you tried them ?
(ie what messages did you get)
