It has come to my attention that Rusty has stopped
supporting this codebase. If this is true, then I am sad
and sorry to hear of this. I am by no means a great coder
but I will help any out there who has some coding questions related to smaugwiz. I have been toyin with
this codebase for many years and will help out anyways
I can. I hate to see a decent codebase lose its author,
but I am willin to help keep one of the FEW windows
compatible muds alive. This was the easiest codebase
I ever saw for windows porting. There was nuthin to it.
No need for cygwin etc, the codebase code compiled the
first time, with no errors. I was very impressed.

Its a great codebase for first time mud admins to get
used to online creation and mud admin.

Feel free to email me and I will try to help in anyways
that I can. Pls include in subject TMC Smaugwiz Issue
and I will be sure to reply.

Signed, Lazerous

I have my realm up in a test mode.
If any wish to play around in there untill I reopen
for all on Sept. 23 2006.

This is the only notice I will give between now and then.
The ONLY reason I am posting my testing addy is for
any people who have smaugwiz issues and or need some help.

I may not be there alot as my job requires alot of my time.
You are ALL welcome to log in etc, just do not expect me
to retain those char files on opening. The areas are not
firm and you may be surprised by what changes this weekend.

How to Contact me:

Any people with issues can also post at my forum.
Forum: http://z8.invisionfree.com/draenor/index.php?
Email me: ryan_rae@hotmail.com
Leave a message for me in my realm at: The Wayward Inn

Leaving a post here is 50-50 at best, the topics are many
here and I will not guarantee I will read them all.
Once again, anyone with any smaugwiz related issues,
don't give up! I will help any and all in any way I can.

Signed, Lazerous.

On the 23rd it will be housed on a better pc and a hard wired connection.
Right now its on a wireless connection and is not 100% stable.

Look out world Draenor is back!

That's nice but being a Windowsphile myself, I would inform you that there are well more than 50 mud servers that compile and run out of the box on Windows, natively. So many that I haven't kept an up to date listing of all of them for some time.

Well I am glad to hear of this, I am abit out of touch
with what has been released for win32 systems.

But I am still going to offer the support for those
who need such support and have nowhere else to
turn without gettin flamed for using win32 muds.
