I created a new class about two month ago and along with it a new set of “realms” – for the lack of a better term. I didn’t want the class to use realms, spheres, elements, or seasons so I created a new category of “realms”. It works all fine and dandy except when I assign the new “realms” to the spells I’ve implemented (or even current spells for that matter) after a hot reboot it no longer shows those spells have been assigned any of the new “realms”. For example if I assigned Obscuring Mist (spell) to Conception (new “realm” ) it would show up on sshow (spell show or sedit) and csp info until a hot reboot. But then it is no longer listed on the csp info for that class and nowhere is it listed under sedit or sshow. I look in the skills.txt and low and behold it is still there but in game it doesn’t show up. I am at a loss…any ideas on what I’ve missed?

P.S. Hopefully that is semi-understandable. :)

Well, it would probably help if you would let on what codebase you're working with. But offhand I would say that perhaps you put in the changes, and save code, but didn't set it to load the info properly?

That would be my guess as well.
When you do a "hot reboot" it seems like your system is forgetting anything that was stored in memory, and is reloading from it's last saved copy. If you didn't remember(or didn't do it right) to pull this new stuff out of the saved information correctly it would be lost. Sounds like exactly whats happening.
