I was looking at this site i found in the mud resource section which describes how to build using OLC2. This version of OLC looks very good, and was wondering if there is somewhere i can download this, or is it something that was made for a mud and was not released to the public? Right now im running the latest rom version, with i think Ivan's OLC and i dont think it is on par with the OLC i see in this site. http://lunar.betterbox.net/olc.html Anyone know where i could get this, and if not, know where i could find another version of OLC for rom? Thanks

That version is based on Birdie's v2.01 port of ILAB OLC which is available somewhere but in Spanish. Yes the version LE is running was custom built for them and not publicly available. ;-)

If you want the best OLC You might want to consider changing codebases all together. I suggest dawn of time 1.69r+ You can download it at www.dawnoftime.org
You will not be disappointed :)
